• Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kopot.com.au.
• Once the product has been washed (considered as “used”), returns cannot be accepted.
• Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• If repair is not possible within the warranty period, an exchange or refund will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
