1. Standard Shipping

  • For orders valued between AUD $10 and AUD $128, we charge a flat rate of AUD $9.90 for shipping.
  • For orders of AUD $129 or more, enjoy free shipping via Australia Post eParcel Standard.
  • Shipping is handled by Australia Post (eParcel Standard).
  • We dispatch all orders within 1 business day, and delivery time depends on Australia Post’s network and service updates.

2. No Distance-Based Extras

  • We do not charge additional fees based on zone, state, or distance within Australia.
  • Whether you’re in a metropolitan or regional location, the same shipping rate applies.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day of payment clearing, subject to product availability.
  • Delivery times depend entirely on Australia Post’s current service levels.
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, natural events, or internal Australia Post disruptions.

4. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy aligns with the terms set out in our Terms & Conditions:

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, as outlined in Clause [5. Returns & Refunds] of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns (when applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days.
  • The cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items we cover the cost.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@kopot.com.au.

5. How to Track Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
  • Use this tracking information to monitor your parcel’s progress via Australia Post’s website.

How do I place an order?

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods.

Can I return items if I change my mind?

Yes, at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, however, you may still return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy outlined in the Terms & Conditions.
